To update your email address, password, or personal information, click "My Account" tab from the navigation menu, and then select "My Profile".
Then, enter any missing or inaccurate information into the form, and click the "Update Profile" button at the bottom of the form to update your information.
You can then update your Personal Information, Email Address, and/or Password. Enter the correct information and then press the "Update Profile" button for each section you change.
For your security, we require that all members type in their current password to confirm their identity.
Once you’ve entered your new email address, your account is deactivated until you have confirmed that the new email address you provided is valid. To activate your account, click the link in the Confirmation Email that is automatically sent to you.
To update your password, click on "My Account" tab from the navigation menu, select "My Profile" and then press the "Edit" button next to "Password". You will be brought to a new screen that allows you to type in your password.

After you type in your new password, click the button that says “Update Profile” and you’ll see a message thanking you for keeping your information up-to-date.
Note: Make sure you always save your changes!

I want to put my postal code in but it won't take it I am in Canada and it's a new build my code is k9lob4
It wants me to verify my phone number and I didn't realize I put a number it kept saying that number wouldn't work. When I put one in that will work now it said I've tried to many times.
When I try to update the profile and I enter the postal code(I am in Canada) I am told it does not recognize the zip code. It is not updating

I'm having issues submitting my postal code. This is ridiculous. Shouldn't have to jump through a bunch of hoops just to submit my postal code!
