1. Locate the specific activity and click the arrow next to it to access a dropdown menu.
2. To contact Customer Support, click on the envelope icon, or alternatively...
3. Select "Contact Customer Support" directly to issue a ticket for that particular activity.
4. If the activity in question isn't listed, look for "Need Help About A Recent Activity?" at the top of your Activity Ledger. Here, you can submit a ticket for any unlisted activities. This section also offers instructions on how to proceed with your ticket submission.
5. By clicking "Click Here," you will be guided through a series of prompts. Choose the relevant category from the dropdown, provide the necessary details, and then submit your ticket.
