Your account is credited for completing a Cash Survey as soon as the Advertiser reports the survey was successfully completed to DailyRewards®.
An email or pop-up notification is automatically sent to you when your account is credited.
If crediting has not yet been applied it is because we have not been notified that the survey was successfully completed or the reporting from the advertiser has not reported the credit.

So, I did a cash offer and I did not receive the credit to my daily rewards account.
It was for XO Lotto. I deposited 3 Dollars like it said and I was to Receive $10.50 credited ...... I got nothing. This is not the first offer I have done. Seems like a Scam.

Pollfish Surveys do not complete! I have completed 4 of 5 in the last few days. Says "Thank you - Job well done and thank you for your feedback. It just sits there with this page and does not return to the main page. Site is getting worse all the time. Took me 8 months just to make under $7.00. Probably did/tried 100's of surveys.
Did some surveys and was not credited, fix it
I completed 3 surveys in last 3 weeks that i didn't receive a credit for but instead the window popped up saying I didn't qualified even though there were not qualifying surveys. Fix it!!

I just completed a survey about cigarettes and vaping for $2.00 and after I completed it it told me it did’t fit? I used the products mentioned and the fact it waited 20 minutes which is how long it took me to complete it to tell me the survey didn't fit is unacceptable. Since I completed this survey and answered every question it asked and I used the products it asked about I certainly hope you will be crediting my account.

Just completed a survey and was being directed back to the site but got the error message saying the requested URL cannot be found. I rarely get to do a survey on this site for some reason and the one I did do I get no credit for! There's no point in doing Poll Fish surveys here either because you won't get credit. I have no issue qualifying for plenty of surveys on other sites but this one is jusr a waste of time!

I just completed a survey. Its the longest survey ive ever done. Completed it then forwarded to another survey without being credited. 83 cents please it was so long
