Members may be required to verify their account to gain access to certain features on the site using the Text Verification process.

Requirements:

  • Member must have a Canadian based phone number
  • Member must use a mobile phone
  • Member cannot use VOIP, Landline or any other type of number other than that designated for a mobile phone number.
  • Number must be issued by a mobile phone provider  (Bell, Rogei, Tel, Freedom, RON, skytel etc) and a phone number issued by Google Voice, Skype, or over-the counter purchases (Disposable) etc will not be permitted.
  • Phone number and phone account must be your own and not the phone number of another individual.

Exceeded Number of Attempts:

When the allowed number of attempts to enter the code are exceeded a Member must wait 24+ hours to attempt again. Note: The 24 hr waiting period due to exceeded number of attempts cannot be changed or adjusted by any Live Chat or other Support Team Member. 

Phone Verification - Correct Formatting

Please make sure the phone number you are entering includes a 1 before the area code, and that you do not include any parenthesis or dashes.

For example, if your number were 1-234-567-8901, you would enter it as: 12345678901.

Phone Verification - Not Acceptable Phone Number

Unfortunately, if our system is not accepting a phone number, it does mean that phone number cannot be used to verify this account. 

Phone Verification - Code Not Accepted

Please remember that any code you receive will only be valid for 10 minutes or until a new code is requested.  Please make sure you entered your code within 10 minutes of requesting it (not receiving it) and that you did not request an additional code in the meantime.

Phone Verification - Unable to Resolve Code

Unfortunately, if you are receiving a message that we were not able to verify this account, this would mean that multiple incorrect codes were entered.  Unfortunately, we are not able to assist further with verification for accounts which entered multiple incorrect verification codes.

    This was not part of the original terms when I signed up.
    Now that I am within $1.00 of claiming my "reward" you start with this?
    As I thought earlier, you are a scam. You are doing this to collect more information to sell while stringing people along with a promise of unfulfilled payouts. Your company is fraudulent and criminal. For shame.

    I do not have a cell phone so I can not get a verification code to complete surveys. That is very unfair as I registered to join this panel with a landline phone many years ago

    I have sent numerous email to them and no response - I have no cell phone and have no intention of getting one. The assumptions sometimes can make you crazy. NOT EVERYONE HAS A CELL PHONE

    Like many others that joined years ago and only have landlines I am sorely disappointed and if there no solution for it, why waste my time here? If there is no reply within 7 /10 days I am going to throw in the towel and remove my account, even though there is over $20 in my account.

    I’ve been trying to put my phone number and it keeps saying too much attempts. I thought it reset in 24 hours but why I still can’t verify my phone at 1 attempt? It’s been awhile since I tried to verify my number!!! Can u fix it?

    I have used this site in the past and even collected $35 through paypal, now I cannot try any offers because I cannot pass the phone verification process - is there anyway around this. I have tried numerous times and never review a code, only an error message saying I have exceeded the amount of attempts

    It keeps telling me that my phone number is connected to another account. Where do I change that because I am definitely not changing my phone number just to confirm an email. Where do I find the Live Chat or a way to contact the Support Team. From what I've been reading, this way doesn't seem to work.

    I have changed my email address, now my phone number is not accepted and I can't find where to put it on my account page.

    Dans mon cas j'approuve toutes les remarques sur lìndécence de cette connection parce que je suis avec vous depuis tres longtemps et j'aimerais savoir ce qui se passe avec vos fichus de cellulaires et mon inaccessibilité à terminer mes sondages pour obtenir les $$$ amassés avec mes points accumulant plus de 20$ à date...............

    do not have a smart phone, just a flip phone and no codes are sent...now what...can't access my account?

    Every time I enter my phone number I get a message saying I have exceeded the amount of tries. I only have ever tried one time
