The Help Center is designed to provide a complete self-service support option for your customers. The Help Center contains: a knowledge base and, on Guide Professional and Enterprise, a Customer Portal for support requests. You can also add a community to your Help Center if you have Zendesk Gather.

Your customers can search for knowledge base articles to learn a task or search the community, if available, to ask fellow users questions. If your customers can't find an answer, they can submit a support request.

Each user has a Help Center profile (Guide Professional and Enterprise), so your Help Center users can get to know one another better. Profiles contain relevant information about the user, along with their activities and contributions.

    Hi! I just spent more than 45 minutes filling out a survey valued at $.75 and when I finally got to the end the page froze and I didn't receive my reward!!! Can someone please check this for me ? Thanks

    Phone verification failed. Member has exceeded number of validation attempts. How do I fix this my cell phone is not always working

    Since I came to 53 cents shirt of any payout daily rewards stopped sending me surveys so I had to change my password and sign back in just to reactivate my account. Now I cant do ANY surveys because NO SURVEYS accept postal code just like before.I feel like I'm getting scammed.

    Spent the last 30 minutes filling out surveys just to be disqualified FROM EVERYTHING!!! What a waste of time.I to pnly get to the postal code stage then get kicked out after they have asked me a series of questions for their benifit. What a scam.
